Great book!

I think this book is great. Having used this book I can honestly say that my days have been happier and better. It's so simple to use too and doesn't take much of my time. I've had a peek at some of the other tips too and they are really good but I am trying to do them each day at a time. The book has been reminding me of the purpose of my life. It's encouraged me to be kinder to others and to look at the positive things in my day. I very highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be happier. Top stars

Simple yet brilliant!

An ingenious idea. So insightful and original...this book requires so little of your time but the effect it has little by little can alter your entire life. If you wish to tackle depression, boredom or misery I would start by reading this book. It will bring a smile to your face guaranteed. Is written from an Islamic angle but I think it's aimed at everyone. Well done to the author.
