Top notch for beginners

Yoga for Beginners is great introduction to this lifestyle enhancing hobby. The best thing about it is the pictures. I've read so many descriptions about what I should be doing, but having included pictures lets it all make sense.

I learnt a lot of stuff about Yoga that I didn't know before from my general reading around online so it is clear this book has been well researched. It concentrates on the novice and so is not suitable for an experienced practitioner. All in all I think it is a great introduction for a beginner like me who is just getting into it.

Great book For Beginners To Yoga

As one who is extremely interested in health matters, I find as I get older I need to do more stretching to keep supple. Indeed it was suggested that I consider Yoga. I found Michelle's book "Yoga For Beginners" very suitable for anyone such as myself who is just beginning or considering Yoga.

The book talks about the important benefits of Yoga, what types are suitable for beginners, what Yoga is and is not, plus much more information that you should find very useful and beneficial. There are pictures of the various exercises to help cement the step by step instructions.

For myself, I found the listed benefits of each exercise extremely important. In addition the book covers the important aspects of Yoga equipment and accessories. This is a well structured and easy to follow book, aimed at beginners of Yoga

More to it than I thought!

Got this book for my girlfriend and started reading it. I didn't realise how much more to yoga there was than I thought, quite an eye opener. Easy to follow this book is well illustrated for each position and has great instructions. Definitely recommended. I think I'll have to get her the other books in this series.
